Indonesian Shrimp Satays
A national dish of Indonesia, consisting of small pieces of seasoned meat or seafood on a stick and served with the best mouth-watering creamy peanut sauce. My mother learned to make this when she traveled to Indonesia and growing up this is the only way we ate peanut butter. It is great as an entrée or a party appetizer… a great crowd-pleaser!
TIP: Instead of shrimps, you can use chicken, cut into strips, or Paneer – Indian cheese.
