For all shrimp lovers! You must make these easy, tasty baked shrimps. It is Heaven in a skillet, with just a few of your favorite ingredients – shrimp, butter, garlic, herbs, and cheese. Enjoy!

| 2 escargot skillet plates | |
| 12 raw, medium, peeled shrimps | |
| Salt & pepper to taste | |
| 1 cup room temperature salted butter | |
| 6-8 finely grated garlic cloves | |
| 2-3 chopped green chilies or ½ tsp red pepper flakes | |
| 1 tsp grated lemon zest | |
| ½ cup finely chopped cilantro or parsley | |
| ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese | |
| ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese | |
| Slices of French bread |
Directions
1.
Garlic butter - in a bowl add the butter, garlic, green chilies, lemon zest, cilantro, parmesan cheese and whisk well.

Season the shrimps with salt and pepper.

To assemble - add 1 tsp butter in each hole of the escargot plate, immerse the shrimp in the butter, and apply ½ tsp butter on the shrimps. Fill the 6 holes in each of the 2 plates.

Pre-heat oven to 450 °F.

Garnish with mozzarella cheese and place the plates on a baking tray.

Broil in the oven until the shrimps are pink and the cheese is bubbly and golden - about 12 minutes.
