1 alphonso mango
1½ tsp sugar
2 tsp chopped pistachios - reserve some for garnish
2 tsp rose petals - reserve some for garnish
¼ cup crushed ice
1 cup milk

Directions

1.

Peel, and cut the mango into cubes - discard core.

Mark as complete

In a glass, add sugar, pistachios, rose petals, and mango pieces and crush with a muddler or beater to release the flavors.

Add ice and crush the mango mixture.

Slowly add in the milk and keep whisking.

Pour into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals and serve cold.

TIP: You can also make it in a blender.
